Mix,
but do not whip the yolks, whole eggs, 2 tbsp.
brown sugar and 4 tbsp. white sugar.
Bring
the goat's milk to the scalding point and add
to the egg mixture, while stirring constantly.
Add salt and vanilla. Set aside.

Mixture
Place
all ingredients in a saucepot except the corn
starch and water. Bring to boil, mix the water
and cornstarch add slowly. Add enough to thicken
the berry mixture. Pour about a half inc of
the micture into ramekins. Let cool.
Pour
egg mixture on top slowlyso they do not mix
together!
Place
ramekins in a water bath and cook for 30 to
40 min. at 350 F. Let cool and refrigerate for
2 hours.
Sprinkle
the rest of the brown sugar on top and caramelize
under the broiler. Place on 9 inch plate with
a doily; sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
